The following General Terms and Conditions relate to the sale of coatings and 3D panel products at www.menirshop.com.

Prices

The sale prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Shipping costs are not included.

Menir reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the valid price is the one that applies at the time of the order.

Orders

Users can place their orders by selecting the desired items on the website, which will be added to the shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" option.

Users can obtain more detailed information about the products by clicking on them to access detailed images, names, references, features, etc.

After adding all desired products, the user should choose the "View Cart" option and check all ordered products.

By confirming the order, the user accepts the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as the terms and conditions.

Once the order is completed, Menir will send an email confirmation after verifying product stock.

Any dispute will be resolved through an amicable solution.

Menir will process orders received online only to the extent of available stock. If a product is unavailable, Menir commits to informing the user as soon as possible.

Orders are only considered valid after payment is made; there will be no cash-on-delivery shipments.

Payments

The prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate and are valid at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included.

An invoice will be sent via email.

Menir reserves the right to adjust its prices, promotions, items, and features at any time. Prices reduced during sales and promotions will only be valid for the indicated period.

Menir offers the following payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer, with the transfer receipt sent via email.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments will be made within 5 to 7 business days after payment. For custom items, the shipping time is up to 10 business days after payment.

These times may change by prior agreement or during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Fees

Currently, we offer the following shipping option:

1. Carrier (Price varies depending on order weight and location).

The order is delivered to the address registered by the client, and it is the client's responsibility to provide correct information.

Deliveries by carrier will be made randomly between 9:00 and 18:00, and scheduling is not possible.

Clients are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If it is not in perfect condition, they should inform us via email as soon as possible. Complaints can only be considered if duly reported. If these procedures are not followed, Menir will not assume responsibility towards the client.

For orders outside the European Union, we do not take responsibility for any customs costs.

If the client fails to claim the order from the carrier in the allotted time, and it is returned to Menir, the client will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

To facilitate delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the order. The client is responsible for correctly entering the address and contact information.

Returns and Exchanges

According to Decree-Law No. 143/2001, clients have a legal period of 14 days to return an online purchased product delivered by carrier.

Return acceptance is subject to the following conditions:

• A maximum period of 14 days after purchase;
• Product returned in new and unused condition, in original packaging with all accessories included.

To return, request it via email and send the product properly packaged.

Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of its condition, a credit note for the purchase amount will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase. In case of defect or shipping error, the material will be resent (if in stock) upon receipt at our facility.

No returns will be accepted for products shipped cash-on-delivery.

Custom-cut or damaged items will not be accepted.

If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client, failure to collect, or refusal by the client, the client will bear the cost of reshipping the order and any return fees.
